We are a fully registered exporting company by the Japanese Export registration authorities. Moreover, we do have a physical presence in a number of countries which include Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique, and we are looking to expand even further. Apart from where we are present, we also serve plenty of customers all over Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Thanks to the support of our customers, we are growing each day and have a huge clientele.

Wherever we have our physical presence, we have physical stock of tractors and implements available as well. This again includes Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique.

Our used tractors are always in great working condition as they are thoroughly inspected and reconditioned before being put on sale or shipped. The implements are all brand new.

Placing an order at Tractor Provider is easy. Once you visit our website, find the tractor you need and place an inquiry against it, or, get to the inquiry section and leave us a message there with name, country, and phone number and our Sales Representatives will get in touch with you at the earliest. You can also e-mail us directly or join us on live chat for instantaneous answers.

Payment is made via telegraphic transfer through the bank against the pro forma invoice sent to you.

Payment may also be made in cash at our regional offices for the customers in those countries where we have our offices.

We accept payments in USD ($), whereas we accept local currencies in those countries where we have our offices.

For new comers, FOB is Free On Board Shipping. That refers to the amount paid by the you the buyer if you are willing to endure the risks of shipping.

CIF means Cost Insurance and Freight, the shipping cost that covers the risks involved in shipping, but however, does NOT include Port-clearance costs.

It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for the tractor to arrive at your desired port of delivery once shipped. The entire process from the time of payment takes approximately 3-4 weeks. However, these are the average timings, and we wish to emphasize that the exact duration depends on how far the port of destination is.
